Residential construction .. In six simple steps!

Step 1

Book an appointment with us at our office and bring your photos from your plot, and the topographic diagram.

Step 2

We discuss the real needs of your home, such as the required number of bedrooms, baths, the extent of the kitchen, the living room etc.

Step 3

We present the layout of the house, just fit your needs.
We give you the draft contract and we confirm, that, your home will be built with 1.000 € / m²

Step 4

After the autopsy on the plot We are moving in any changes need to be made to plans of your house and an outer dimensional representation of the building. Eventually finalize all plans, we lock our economic agreement and start the Active for issuing a building permit.

Step 5

Until planning permission, about 2-3 months study on the project, the exact locations of sockets, the radiator, the kitchen layout etc. Projects which enclose between our contract. Eventually, the contract will be complete, both technically as well as in legal and financial terms.

Step 6

Contract is signed and the day following the issuance of a building permit, we start the construction work on your plot. The building will be erected organized without having to'' hunt'' workshops or anxious about the quality of work and materials.
After one year from the commencement of work, you will receive from us the key to your new home.
